Prayers

When you pray to God, are your prayers carefully crafted to state your fellings and needs intelligently? Or do you bear your soul to Him, in joy or in tears? Are your prayers proper and upright? Or do you come before Him openly, knowing that He already knows what you are feeling? God doesn’t want another acquaintance. He wants a heartfelt relationship with you, and He expects you to share your true feelings with Him, not just your thoughts.
Yes, He wants to see your healfelt joy, and He wants you to trust Him enough to share your tears with Him. Love Him, trust Him, and share with Him. That’s what He wants with His children.
Psalms 126:4-6 “those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheave with him.”
Share your tears of sorrow with Him, and He’ll change those tears to tears of Joy. Trust Him. That’s all He asks.
